There are numerous golf courses in the area, but the Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course within two miles from Hawks Meadow and Hawks Ridge is massive with rolling terrain and most holes having a panoramic view of the area. This golf course was recently ranked by PGA Touring Professionals as one of the top 6 new golf courses in the country. In addition to Bear Mountain Ranch Golf Course there are numerous other courses. Some other recommendations are the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course, Desert Canyon Golf Course in Orondo, and Alta Lake Golf Course in Pateros.

Night Sky

All homes in the Hawks Meadow and Hawks Ridge community have outdoor lighting that is down facing. This reduces light pollution for the residences and each home is on twenty acres and this provides for some unparalleled views of the stars at night. With separation of the homes and down facing lights, you can enjoy star gazing and feel the quiet and peaceful nature of the community at night.
